Aging

3500 American and 600 French oak barrels are used for ageing which our wines mature slowly with wood and develop a variety of sensations that we will discover with all our senses.

In bottle the wine gets balance and maturing. We have a system of our own wine racks with more than 800.000 bottles necessary for our limited productions to be in the market at the optimum moment.
