ALLOZO GRAN RESERVA 1992
TEMPRANILLO

Alcoholic Degree: 12,5o. Dry.
Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Elaboration:
Fermentation temperature: 29oC.
Fermentation and maceration time: 21 days.
Ageing: In American (50%) and French (50%) oak barrels for 24 months and 36 months in bottle.
Sensorial Tasting: Dark red cherry colour well covered with nice tones of  root tile, brilliant and very bright.
Aroma of big intensity and complexity with elegant spiced overtones which are totally joined notes of an excellent elaboration.Torrified overtones and well-ripened blacks fruits of excellent intensity appear on a clear appearance.
In the mouth it presents it self very balanced with a good acidity, tasty, meaty and full of aromatic hues with a powerful end and elegance of a very good wine recommended dishes: red meats, games, stews, baby lamb, roasts and cured cheeses.

1992 was the year of the great cultural and sports events in Spain and this is one more that we pretend to make 1992 more important enjoying it with all our senses, and after some years being made and shaped, we will celebrate the new millennium. 

In Tomelloso, Castilla La Mancha región, 1992 was the best period  to develop correctly the vegetative cycle of the grape wine , although the winter was very cold and not very rainy (375 mm.) the summer was very hot and dry. 

The vintage of this wine was produced selecting vines not very full of ripe grapes as that vintage was made by hand on 25th September.
