Tomelloso in the country house “Casa Puebla”. It is 650
mts. heigh on the Mancha plain. The fermentation time lasts 15
days at 14oC after 10 hours of macerations. |

Tasting: Pale yellow colour with greenish and brilliant
trace. |
| Aromas
of good intensity and variety notes on a balsamic appearance
with fruit echoes. |
| In
the mouth it is delicate, balanced, fruits and fresh with a
good acidity and a lingering retronasal effect which reminds
notes from the grape variety. |
