Alcoholic Degree: 13º DRY.
Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Winemaking: Fermentation of 10 days in a carbonic semimaceration and maceration in cold of 3 days.
Sensorial Tasting: Cherry red color with bright hues middle layer cardinals, clean and bright intense. Aroma of good intensity with notes of red berries and sloes own milk on some memories of a vintage of ripe grapes. The mouth is dry, balanced, tasty, with good acidity and good tannin assembled mature and elegant. Large and complex fruity with hints in the aftertaste of buana aromatic persistence and firm tannins.
Serving Temperature: 14 - 16 ºC.
Food Match: Rices, pastes, grilled meats, cured cheeses and blue fish.
