Sensorial Tasting: Red cherry colour in high layer with a fuchsia trimming. Intense and complex aroma with hints of youth and well-ripened black fruit, mulberries, cranberries, balsamics hints and light toasting besides fruits in liquor. In mouth well structured leaving a reminder of blueberry jam and concentrated liquorice. Meaty, with a long and lingering end very balanced.
Serving Temperature: 14 - 16 ºC.
Food Match: Partridge, stew of beans (fabada), tuna, hare. |
