Vineyard: Finca la Fuente.
Alcoholic Degree: 11,5º DRY.
Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Winemaking: Cold maceration for 8 hours, later "sangrado" and fermentation at 14ºC for 14 days.
Sensorial Tasting: It's colour is mauve rose, brilliant and very attractive. Aroma of vineyard peach, taste is very harmonious with lots of character, leaving a reminder of fruit. In mouth one perceives a great structure, tasty, velvety, fresh and persistent, with an elegant retronasal of intense fruits and of great quality, all of which makes one perceives a mixture of sensations of great harmony and balance.
Serving Temperature: 8 - 10 ºC.
Food Match: Seafood, fish, paella, grilled meats, paste and spanish cold soup (gazpacho).
