Sensorial Tasting: Cherry red colour of high intensity, wll covered with a good cloaking and purple trimming of cardinal tones. It's complex in nose with milky hints, coffee, pepper, along with red fruits and jam scents. In mouth it's savoury with a medium body and pleasant fruity ending that softens the tannins and provides a great balance without losing any feature of it's great personality. The aftertaste is very long leaving fine memories.
Serving Temperature: 14 - 16 ºC.
Food Match: Rock fish, roasted lamb, sirloin, octopus.
