Alcoholic Degree: 11,5º DRY.
Grape Variety: 100% Macabeo.
Winemaking: The fermentation time lasts 15 days at 14ºC after 10 hours of maceration.
Sensorial Tasting: Plae yellow colour with greenish and brilliant traces. Aromas of good intensity and variety notes on a balsamic appearance with fruit echoes. In the mouth it's delicate, balanced, fruit and fresh with a good acidity and a lingering retronasal effect which reminds notes from grape variety.
Serving Temperature: 8 - 10 ºC.
Food Match: Seafood, fish, rice, grilled meats, paste, cold soups. |
