Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Ageing: in american (50%) and french (50%) oak barrels for 24 months and 36 months in bottle.
Sensorial Tasting: Dark red cherry colour well covered with nice tones of roof tile, brilliant and very bright. Arofa of big intensity and complexity with elegant spiced overtones which are totally joined in notes of an excellent elaboration. Torrified overtones and well-ripened black fruits of excellent intensity appear on it. In the mouth it presents itself very balanced with a good acidity, tasty, meaty and full of aromatic hues with a powerful end and elegance of a very good wine.
Serving Temperature: 16 - 18 ºC.
Food Match: Red meats, game, baby lambs, cheeses and lamb stew. |
