Winemaking: Fermentación semi maceración carbónica a durante 10 dias y fin de fermentación de 2 meses en barricas de roble americano.

Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Product Volume: 30.000 bottles.

Sensorial Tasting: Cherry red color of high intensity, well covered with a layer of purple tones edging cardinals. Complex nose with notes on milk, coffee, pepper, twinned with the aromas of red fruit and notes of jam. In the mouth it is tasty with Medium bodied with a nice depth of fruit, which softens the tannins, giving a balance Agran, while showing his great personality, very long aftertaste leaving a pleasant memory.

Serving Temperature: 14 - 16 ºC.
